Why I Created Care & Courage
I’m Sam La Point, a Boise Realtor® with Silvercreek Realty Group and a healthcare professional. Buying a home has become expensive, and closing costs can add thousands of dollars just when buyers are already stretching.
I created Care & Courage to help reduce that hurdle. My closing-cost credit is a practical way to make homeownership a little more attainable for people whose careers and service contribute so much to their communities.
