Questions to settle early
Insurance belongs at the start of the contract. Request written quotes promptly, review coverage and deductibles, and confirm requirements with your lender. Ask what underwriting, inspection or repair conditions remain before coverage can take effect. If availability or cost raises a concern, tell me while we can review options within your agreement and deadlines.
