A little about me — and why I approach real estate the way I do

Idaho has been home for more than 30 years, and real estate has been woven through much of my life here.

Practical experience

Experience changes the questions you know to ask.

That experience has shaped the way I see a home. I naturally look beyond finishes and square footage to how a property functions, what may need attention, what could be improved, what it may really cost to own, and whether it fits the life someone wants to live.

Long before I became a REALTOR®, I was involved in Treasure Valley residential development, homebuilding, design, renovation, and real estate investment. I’ve worked alongside builders, contractors, designers, engineers, and county and city officials on projects from early planning through completion, and I’ve helped plan and develop everything from custom homes and mountain cabins to large-acreage ranch properties, equestrian facilities, and extensive remodels.

I’ve also experienced real estate personally from nearly every side of the table—as a buyer, seller, landlord, investor, and renovator. I’ve purchased and sold homes, lots, acreage, and investment properties; managed rentals and remodels; staged homes for sale; and spent years making the kinds of decisions homeowners actually face—what to improve, what to leave alone, where to spend money, and when a property simply doesn’t make sense.

What matters to me

Before we talk about houses, I want to understand you—your priorities, your concerns, your plans, and the life you’re trying to create.

The bigger picture

From there, I can help you think through the options, tradeoffs, costs, and possibilities so you can make a decision that genuinely fits your life.

How do you want to live? What does your budget really need to support? How much maintenance do you want? What are you willing to compromise on—and what should you not compromise on?

Sometimes the right answer is to buy. Sometimes it’s to sell, remodel, wait, or walk away from a property that simply doesn’t make sense.

My role is to help you see the bigger picture, understand your choices, and feel confident about the decision you make.

Care, clarity & perspective

The part of my background that shapes how I work

I also hold bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Dental Hygiene, and my healthcare background has shaped the way I work with people just as much as my real estate experience has.

Healthcare taught me to listen carefully, stay calm when situations become stressful, notice important details, explain complicated information clearly, and advocate for the person who is counting on me.

That’s how I want my clients to feel with me—heard, informed, supported, and never pressured.

Steady support

When the process gets complicated, you have someone steady beside you.

I know a real estate transaction can take up a surprising amount of your life. There are financial decisions, deadlines, inspections, repairs, waiting, uncertainty, and sometimes problems no one expected. I want to be the person who helps make that easier—to keep you informed, help you understand what comes next, and stay steady when the process gets stressful.

Beyond real estate

A little more about me

I’m a mom, an animal lover, and someone who almost always has a project going. I’m happiest outside—walking the Boise foothills, riding horses, gardening, traveling, or working on a home or landscape project. I love good design, interesting neighborhoods, great coffee, live music, and learning something new.

Boise has been part of my life for decades, and I genuinely enjoy helping people understand not only the homes here, but what everyday life in different parts of the Treasure Valley can actually feel like.

For me, real estate is about more than finding a property. It’s about helping someone find a place that supports the way they want to live.
