LIFE + HOME

Begin with the life you want to live.

More time outside, room for friends, a manageable routine. A home should support what matters to you—now and as life changes.

Three questions to start with

What would you do more often?

Think about an ordinary Saturday: the people, activities and interests you want to make room for.

What do you want within reach?

Consider work, family, errands and the places that make getting outside or meeting a friend easy.

What would make life manageable?

Choose the payment, upkeep and layout that leave you time, energy and financial flexibility.

A meal served at a restaurant table with glasses and candlelight.
A barbell and weights in a sunlit gym.
A shopper holding a basket of groceries beside fresh produce.
A couple walking hand in hand with their dog on an autumn path.
Three children with backpacks walking across a crosswalk toward school.

Care in how I listen.
Clarity in how we plan.

We turn your priorities into practical criteria: location, layout, costs and the kind of daily routine you want. As we compare properties, we come back to those priorities together.

LESSONS FROM MY LIFE IN HOMES

The home is only part of the picture.

I bought my first home in Meridian in 2001. I loved the setting and the pride of ownership, but the payment and the drives to work, my horse and family left less flexibility than I wanted.

The lesson I bring to your search: consider the life around the house as carefully as the rooms inside it.

That first home later became a rental, and I bought two more investment properties. I learned how easily responsibilities can grow beyond the financial room available to support them. Those experiences are part of why I value a clear plan, realistic numbers and space for the rest of life.

The Care & Courage Program

For the people who care,
protect, teach and serve.

For qualifying healthcare and dental professionals and staff, first responders, educators and school professionals, and military members, veterans and reservists.

The program offers a closing-cost credit for qualifying buyers and a reduced listing-side commission for qualifying sellers.

I created Care & Courage because closing costs can add thousands of dollars when buyers are already stretching. It is my way of helping ease that hurdle for people who give so much to their communities.

Eligibility and benefits depend on the written agreement and transaction requirements. All compensation is negotiable.

A conversation before a search

Let’s start with your life.

Bring your priorities, your uncertainties and your practical questions. We can work through what a move would mean for you.
